With the goal of building a pipeline of investable local companies, OTW offers customized business development support to entrepreneurs that meet our criteria. The program helps growth-stage SMEs seeking equity financing map out and rethink their business model and create a strategic development plan to address key gaps in becoming investment ready. Companies also receive support from local and foreign mentors, gain access to a wider network of entrepreneurs, instructors and relevant business workshops as part of the program.
Mentorship is one of the main pillars of OTW. Mentors provide invaluable perspective and practical knowledge that cannot be found in business books or classes. Our local and international mentors come from different walks of life and have varying expertise to share with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
